When looking to purchase a solar system for your property whether it be residential or commercial. There may be some help from the Government you may be eligible for.
Federal Rebate - STC Incentive
This rebate is available to most residents around Australia depending on where you live and the amount you are eligible for is depending also on the size of the system.

Vic Solar Rebate and Vic Solar Loan
The Victoria Solar Rebate is another rebate available to Victorian residents only as it is funded by the State government. The loan is a $1400 loan which is interest and fee-free and is paid back to the state government over 48 months at $29.16 a month.
There is a 3-question eligibility criteria in order to receive this assistance.
1. Is your home worth less than 3 million $ on the council rates notice?
2. Have you installed solar at this or another property within the last 10 years?
3. Based on your notice of assessment issued by the ATO after you lodge your tax return - is your combined household income under $210k a year?

If you answer "yes" to all 3 of these questions then you are eligible for the Solar Victoria rebate and loan. You will need to supply the correct documentation with your application as well which we are more than happy to assist you with.
